JEWELLERY ITEMS

CHANGE OF MIND:
We offer credit note or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

You are eligible for credit or exchange if the Item is:
1. unworn or undamaged
2. returned with it’s original packaging and original certificate
3. has not been repaired by a 3rd party jeweller
4. not of bespoke nature (please contact support if so)
5. returned within timeframe

MANUFACTURING FAULT:

You are eligible for Refund/Exchange due to manufacture fault if the Item:
1. has not been repaired by a 3rd party jeweller
2. has not been damaged by wear and tear by customer (Item will be assessed by our Jeweller)
3. assessed by our jeweller that it is a true manufacture fault

REPAIR:

You are eligible for a repair for the lifetime of the ring if the Item:
1. has not been repaired by a 3rd party jeweller

We offer a credit or exchange within 2 weeks of purchase.

You are eligible for credit or exchange if the Item is:
1. unworn or undamaged
2. returned with it’s original packaging and original certificate
3. returned within timeframe

PROCESS OF EXCHANGE

1. email [email protected] to request your refund or exchange.
2. shipment for items returned due for change of mind is complimentary for orders inside Australia. Global 3. orders will be assessed upon location.
4. exchange note will be provided within 7 days of receipt

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING FAULT/REPAIR

2. shipment for items returned for fault is complimentary for orders inside Australia. Global orders will be assessed upon location.
3. item will be assessed by our jeweller.
    a. if item is damaged due to wear and tear by customer, we ill notify you and recommend the next steps.
    b. if item is a manufacturing fault we will replace the item for you with complimentary shipping.
