Lifetime repair
Leil pieces include a lifetime repair policy for structural integrity under normal wear. Reasonable wear is the life a piece is built for: worn daily, at work, through cooking and washing up, travelling, sleeping. It does not extend to activities that put a piece under stress it was not made for, such as lifting heavy weights at the gym, where the load on a band exceeds ordinary wear. Our jewellers assess each piece and will tell you which category it falls into before any work begins. Repairs covered by this policy are complimentary, and for anything outside it, we quote the work first and only proceed once you agree.
Yearly care
Every Leil piece is eligible for complimentary steam cleaning and a claw check once a year, for its lifetime. Gold picks up fine surface marks with daily wear. A yearly clean returns the finish, while our jeweller checks the claws and settings.
Manufacturing fault
If a piece has a manufacturing fault, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Our jeweller assesses the piece to confirm the fault is due to manufacturing and not wear and tear, provided a third-party jeweller has not repaired it. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
