All domestic and international orders are shipped via FedEx/TNT. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All international orders are shipped CPT and are subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Every Leil piece is fully insured, and sent through a tracked service that requires a signature on delivery.

Most Leil pieces are made to order. Fine jewellery takes one to four weeks to produce, with some pieces available ready to ship, and bespoke commissions take three to eight weeks, depending on complexity and whether a diamond is grown to your specifications or is a natural, ethically sourced stone. Your production time is confirmed when you order, and shipping begins once the piece is finished. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Studio pick-up, Sydney

If you are in Sydney, you can collect your piece from our studio. Choose pick-up at checkout, and we will email you when it is ready and arrange a time.
